Main workout area
Our health club main workout area, primarily consists of free weights including dumbbells, barbells and exercise machines. This area includes mirrors so that exercisers can monitor and maintain correct posture during their workout.
Our cardio theatre includes treadmills, step climbers, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, rowing machines and TV displays. Our theatre keeps our exercisers entertained during long cardio workout sessions.
Group Exercise Classes
Spin-cycle Group Exercise Class
Our health club offer group exercise classes that are conducted by certified fitness instructors. We have many types of group/personal exercise classes, these include classes based on aerobics, cycling (spin cycle), boxing or martial arts, high intensity training, step, yoga, pilates, muscle training, and self-defense classes. Our instructors are certified in order to teach these classes to ensure participant safety.
Additional Sport Facilities
Our health club offers additional sports facilities such as our international squash courts, circuit training room, running track, boxing area, oylmpic weight lifting station, prowler strip, trx training, and yoga studio
Our health clubs employ personal trainers who are accessible to members for training/fitness/nutrition/health advice and consultation. Our Personal trainers can devise a customized fitness routine, including a nutrition plan, We help our members achieve their goals. Our Trainers monitor and train with members

Our Health club offer many services, and as a result we offer monthly membership, We offer a club that cater to families and to those seeking social activities in addition to a workout .We offer one-time term fees -3 month, 6 month, or 1 year membership for those seeking to use the club on an as-needed basis. NO ADDITIONAL SIGNUP FEES
